"High School Transition Systems Around the World" Workshop Report Published

The Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Educational Sciences has published the "High School Transition Systems Around the World" Workshop Report. The report examines the transition to high school and the quality of high school education, and analyzes how high school transition systems work around the world through selected countries.

The workshop was organized around two main questions: a critique of the high school entrance system with recommendations, and the quality of high school education with recommendations.

The main conclusions of the BAU Faculty of Educational Sciences workshop show that high school education and the high school transition system in Türkiye are not a problem that can be solved by examinations alone. As the path to be followed in solving other problems in education as well, the high school transition system needs to be addressed with a systemic (holistic) approach.
